Poster Series
I began by designing a series of posters with important information and statistics that will address the issues that these communities face. These posters can be placed in areas with high traffic, such as public transportation or even shopping centers, to get the attention of others who are not affected by these risks.
Application Design
My second product is an App. I feel that people in today's time are more technologically advanced than previous generations so that is why designing an app for this project was ideal. This app will allow these communities to be alerted and aware of what environmental conditions are currently occurring in their areas. This app will also provide opportunities for possible donations that are used to purchase items for these families to help combate these environmental hazards.
Packaging Design
My final product is a physical donation box given these communities; these boxes will be provided by outside donations. Inside these boxes will be the important items that are necessary to helping combat these unhealthy environments. I really wanted to focus on this topic because not many people are aware of the hardships of living in such areas.My thesis project will provide the aid that these communities and families deserve. Together all of these products are going to supply these communities the opportunity to live a cleaner life.
